    Shreveport would need a $100 million in infrastructure spending to become a ghetto. I thought it was a pitbull retirement park the first time I went there.

    I lived there for a couple years in the late 90s. It has some nice neighborhoods and good people, but overall, it's a dump.

    White women in thier 60's dont shoot people. Run them over with thier car? YES
    Poison there food, or drink? YES
    Drive over to the trailer park. Give their pos kids a bag of meth to go shoot whoever for them? YES
    But they certainly do not shoot people them self.
