    The company wasn't exactly family controlled. An private equity investment firm, Cotton Creek Capital, made significant investments in the company in 2017 and decided to pull out.

    One moment your parking for the night and the next you wake up to a msg on your device saying your out of work.

    Hope all those drivers were able to get home or somewhere close to home before the fuel cards were deactivated.

    The day an appeals court upheald a 25 million dollar verdict against them.
    Not really a surprise as the company is out of business because of that anyway.
    It just might of taken a week longer otherwise.

    I've literally seen more of those trucks on the side of the road than anything. Their equipment was trash. I'm not surprised.
