Good question. It was a 389 Pete glider. But I had to go look on new price. On a quick glance, I'm not seeing many new petes on the lot with a listed price. First one I found is a used 2021 with 182k miles for 165k USD. 50-55k difference. I have a feeling that 165 is a bit inflated for a used truck. And close to a new price.
Anyone else have better real world numbers I'd love to hear it.

New 389 with emissions runs about $175k. If those $200k 'gliders' are out of Nebraska, they aren't true gliders. They are built as emission trucks and then gutted and retitled as assemblies.

I understand. I was talking about today. Since gliders are no more this guy retitled new trucks as assemblies and has them listed for over $200k.
I didn't know Harrison built Paccar gliders. I learned something new today. I talked to Harrisons about a glider some years back but they were not willing to change any specs for me. Sounded cookie cutter to me.Last edited: Sep 2, 2021

I loaded in the a.m. yesterday in Elizabeth. Guess I got out just in time. I went out on 80 and that was shutdown in PA so I went back East to go down 81 and that was shutdown! Ended up working my way thru the woods over to 147 and up 22 to get back up to 80. What a mess!clausland, shooter19802003, rank and 11 others Thank this.
