If your rpms are going up and down but speed and gear you’re in remain the same clutch is toast.

the code that you have coming up is for clutch systems something might be going on from there but it depends they have to check clutch life on it and operation everything can be done with ptt, also need to check if there is any excessive oil leaks in the back of the engine have had oil get in the clutch and cause same problems as this, what are the miles on the truck and did anyone check the clutch before, is there any messages coming up to check transmission system on the vehicle.

I do have a oil leak around that area and I never got a check transmission warning and I have 753208 miles on the truck but sometimes the truck would go to “L” mode when I put change to drive I would have to turn off the truck and restart it to go back into “e” mode but that haven’t happened in a while
