I just went back thru this whole thread... I didn't see any pictures of trucks parked in a mobile home park .. in fact my picture there was a grain bin in the back ground.. thats what I live in... and my truck is probably the crappest truck in this thread

    Let go of your ego.
Maybe I'm reading your post wrong. But, are you implying living in a mobile home means someone is not providing for their family?

Check this out! Got permission to take these pics, and the guy was from Texas. @Dino soar , practicality aside, you can't say this isn't cool.

Well I'm not following This Thread anymore I don't really know what you guys are talking about but it's interesting that the thread is still going on. I stopped following it a while back because it's amazing how many cry babies there are.

Again I thank the people sincerely that answered my question. I appreciate it.

The rest of you, polish your belt buckles and buy some more chrome and Chicken Lights. Let it be known you're not a super trucker unless that's what you do. I mean when you call about a load you tell the broker you're a super trucker with chrome and chicken lights and he pays you a hell of a lot more right?

    Yeah that's how it works.

As again right this morning I backed into a really tight spot... it's nice to be able to just back in without wrestling an elephant.

And don't forget, if you have a friend that has that certain belt buckle you can break em.

How can you not kid the Petro built Folk?
    They're Petro built Folk!

The only other thing Ive learned from this thread other then there are lots of cool rides out there is that Dino is the biggest hypocrite and hater there is. Wont post up pics of his rig, and calls guys “super truckers” and cry babies.

I think it’s our duty to keep this thread going to honor the “tRuCk iS OnLy a tOoL” crowd. It’s amazing that people act like having pride and a nice clean truck that fits the taste you like is bad thing. If I’m going to drive a truck it’s going to be something I enjoy driving and something that I look back at a couple times as I walk away from it. Heck even when I was a company driver I worked for a place that had nice equipment. I suppose Dino would say my old boss was stupid too for spending about $10k on every new truck by the time the stripes were painted and all the lights and fenders were put on.

Another secret, the guys and companies with really nice trucks don’t haul a lot of broker loads Dino. They sell service and they sell an image to their customers. Like the guy in the other thread you started because you thought he had too many trailer lights, he works with a company that does a lot of LTL reefer work up and down the east coast. They have a warehouse and build multi-stop loads to service their customers the best way possible. A lot of the reefer guys with nice stuff get tied in with one company that has good direct freight.

I'll bet Cliff received benefits beyond what he paid for in driver retention and resell. They are #### sharp trucks, and you know whose it is from a long way away.

I've personally said that I think they are ugly. But that's just my opinion. Doesn't mean they aren't beautiful to others. I even jokingly said as much. Referring to BBW.

But the truth is that just like with women. There's a great variety in trucks. Some will love it and some will hate it. Just like someone might like blondes and another red heads. Enjoy your rig and F what anyone else thinks.
