And the reasons for choosing what we did are so different, Each of us had our own and maybe what we ended up with isn't what we truly wanted but after 90 days u can pick what u want. I'll be happy to let any other JCT driver test drive my KW if they want. Each and everyone of the models we drive has its pluses and minuses, but they all look #### fine on the road!:biggrin_25525:

Congrats, The mix of trucks is always changing and what u see in the bullpen Monday will be different come selection time on Wed. I would suggest doing some research and narrowing what you would want to maybe three models, talk to those owners here. On Wed. when they hand u they list, there maybe one on it or all three, but you will have a head start. Do not concentrate on mechanical s, everything will be fixed except minor cosmetics, you will test drive it that first weekend a notify Royce of any major issues. Sooo look for the truck that's been well cared for inside, paint, chrome, etc. If u need an apu go straight for it and pick, it is a race so to speak. None of the new Prostars have an apu and most trucks don't have an inverter. I got lucky on both. Also after ninety days u can ask mike to find what u want. Remember the first ninty is you proving your JCT material. Things will happen and its how u deal with them that is the key! Communication in a professional manner is what is desired! Hope this helps.

if you get an apu it has an inverter installed. The inverter on the tk will work when the thing isn't on so you can run a fridge, microwave, etc... the carrier will only work with the unit running which sux cuz when i first asked them about the differences between the two they told me that it's the same thing. Boy was that a white lie. lol

Hey Alan, I have come across a few drivers with apu but no inverter, not sure why, In fact my week their were 2 w900 both with apu's but only mine had an inverter, not sure why,, Only thing I can think is you would have to supply the inverter at time of apu instillation or it was a sleep apnea thing, not really sure, maybe some others can help with that one

Grrrr, broke my mouse and am having problems with navigating using this dang pad on the laptop.
Alot of what I've been hearing about the prostar has to do with storage space, or the lack of it. Now some guy (sorry but don't remember which one) says that it has more than the T600. Joy oh joy, since I'm in a 600, would take a prostar anyday.

Have a friend who works for Schneider. Was talking to him today and the company had sent a msg out to all drivers over the QC. If you find a stranded Arrow driver, and if its not to far off your route, and you feel comfortable about it, load him/her up and take them home. Let the company know about it and they would deal with the paperwork. If I wore a hat, I would be tipping it to the pumpkin.

hmm thats interesting, have you checked the storage spot where your feet are when you sit on your bed, they normally put it in the corner. Unless they were trying to scam the drivers out of it idk why its not there. its stated as one of the things that comes with a tripac or carrier. if you have that big black battery operated thing on the back of your sleeper, then yea that might not have an inverter in it.

I was a pumpkin pilot before joining JCT its nice to hear, not sure how they are working it but glad they are going to the extra effort,,,, actually alot of trucking companies and work banks are helping out now and even the state of OK is pushed through un-employment benifits. Hope that is true!! Some companies have offered to hire arrow drivers outrite, this is not something u see often and for these drivers I hope they do even better in the new year, I also hope they know almost all truck drivers are pulling for them and their families!!!
