Know that place well. That Black Bear was really good for a while, haven’t been in for some time.
How bad is the smoke?

 

We seem to have been at the same place, first time in a long time to stay at that J. Usually just fuel and maybe a shower.

Noticed that the parking lot had a lot of campers, motor homes and schoolies in it. Some looked like they have been there a while.

 

Crap, that sucks. I would have bought you dinner. The parking lot is always like that. The camper under the old roof has been there for about 2 months now.

Edit: I'm at the crap TA on the east side of Denver now....waiting for tomorrow.

Somebody done screwed up. Got all the way up to rochester to find out the load i picked up last night was supposed to deliver yesterday afternoon at 1pm. And they couldn't take it today so I drug it back home. I don't think it was the brokers fault, but they're eating it. $150 re-delivery fee pays for the wasted fuel and I'm getting the full rate to drag it back up there. That's a good broker in my book, how it should be when something like that happens.

 

^^^^^ after my mishap we almost had to cancel the load i was picking up on the way back for jersey city, one of our regular customers. Wouldn't of been an issue but we did a drop trailer load with the 2nd wagon that's sitting 90 miles from the yard and didn't know if it was empty yet or not. It is, my dad just found out a few hours ago. He's gonna bobtail up to Syracuse to grab it and go load for JC. Already told the shipper what's going on and they said no biggie get here when ya can.

#### like this always happens when you have another load lined up I swear.
