Is TMC going Under???

The TMC recruiter was at our school this week. She bought plenty of Pizza!

 

Well, pizza is good! Did she spend half or more of her time talking about the big shiney black Petes? 13 speeds? Shiney shiney shiney Cats shiney shiney shiney.

And did you pop the APU question?

 

hope you saved some of it so you can eat when you're on the road with them.

 

Did she bring vaseline also, cause you will need that on a daily basis while your in that big shiny pete.

 

i talk to a lot of tmc drivers, and all of them, each and every one of these guys are happy, and they all say the same thing, and have the right attitudfe about it..
" could be worse " they are right, they could have had their fuel cards turned off. they could have some ugly disgusting trucks, they could be pissy people, but each one i have talked to always seem to be happy.
one guy said the same as stated back a few pages... ill drive this truck till they tell me to park it... nother driver said is like a weather forcast, just wake up each day and prepare for whatever comes their way.
but i guess you could say that every company is facing " going under "...
like said above, here today, gone tm.

 

I've heard the same thing from the TMC drivers I' ve encountered. There are a whole lot of WORSE places to be these days than TMC.

 

Have a good friend who drives for TMC never here him whining like some on here.

 

Will we still have jobs in 6 months? I don"t know all ever hear is how TMC doesn't pay bills and even on my truck they are slacking on safety. Ever time I ask dispatch I get the company responce.

 

Not looking good everthing I hear and see lately isn't looking good. TMC is slacking on maintence on my truck and the stories are getting deep.

 

hope so, I'm planning on quitting in May. I have been having some pretty serious problems with safety and maintenance lately, which only reinforced my decision to quit.
