Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

Daaamn and I thought 13 in one year was good.
Most of those were in Ohio as well. -
it would be helpful to know how much over the limit you were going it would seem like you could over come three speeding tickets as long as you wasn't breaking the sound barrier but im guessing it was pretty bad because you left that info out all together...
...good luck to ya

I run that route quite a few times a week. I run 54mph and nobody seems to bother me, but even at that speed I'm getting cut off and #### near hit every few seconds. If I ever get a ticket through there, you bet I'll be fighting it! I have dash cam evidence to go with it! -
Won't hold water though.
The first thing they ask, How fast were you going?
You answer 54, but everyone was passing me, I have dash camera proof.
The second thing, What was the speed limit there?
You answer 45, but everyone was speeding. I have dash camera proof.
You will then be found speeding for 9 mph over the speed limit. -
No......THEY have to prove him GUILTY, he doesn't have to prove himself NOT.
They would have to provide PROOF that he was driving the vehicle. -
But SOMEONE (the Company that reported to DAC) has to provide PROOF with-in 30 days of a challenge. I doubt the company can provide "proof" that HE was actually "THE" driver. DDVIR isn't going to be enough to "PROVE" he was in the exact location when the pics were taken.
-
Unfortunately, I know how right you are. The thing I would want to know is where everyone else is sitting in that courtroom. -
I didn't say I didn't agree with you.
-
I do not know how many time you've been to court on a traffic issue, But the court presumes you guilty. I have never had them ask for a log book dvir or any other documentation. If the view of the driver is clear in the picture and its a photo ticket, 3 choice 1) Pay the ticket, 2) Pay the lawyer then pay the ticket 3) Go to jail. Provided your company id'd you.
Your company will more than likely roll over on you and rat you out.
In the driving system you are guilty till you prove otherwise.
