Pig Latin has worked for me in the past. The trick is to get good and fast with it (and loud - fully annunciated). But if it fails me in the future, I’ll try Klingon!

Knock on the door, tell him to pull up enough for you to get out, then he can back into your vacated spot.

    Simple

I typically creep as close as I can to the cab and then give a couple 15-20 second air horn blasts.....

On the serious tho, stiffen up that spine man, go knock on the sleeper like you mean it and tell him your trying to get out. NBD

Anyone who had to resort to creative parking knows a stern knock means they are gonna need to move.

A little tap might be a lot lizard.

Stern knock then go stand by your running truck lights on, door open. That way it will eliminate any confusion over your intent.

So you're saying she shouldn't knock and ask if he's looking for some company? LOL

    So what happened?

A polite knock and a ask to move forward should have done the trick.

That’s what I’m thinking. I’ve been on both sides. Sometimes you get that weird load where they finally load you up at midnight and you’re out of hours and all the parking spots are taken even the make a spots. Start off with some respect then if the guy decides to be a prick then you unwind lol.
