I bet and I imagine a rookie, like me, would probably try to hit every gear so they don’t get lost!

Ohh... no need for apologies... Sometimes I feel like I am the only one that should apologize for asking... for something that seems quite easy for everybody to understand...
My English is good. But my biggest difficulty is with slangs, expressions and words I am not familiar with... like "WOT", "BUCKO"...
But now that you gave me a broader explanation, I do understand... not only the words but your sentiments...
Can't say I relate cause I haven't experienced similar situation but I do understand... thank you...

Another good day. Changed my front tires this morning. I had a tire on my steer axle which wouldn't balance. I bought the tires last yr. BF Goodrich. I have run these on the steer axle for many years. Never had a problem , had good wear for the terrain I truck in.
Anyhow, that all changed with my last set. Right from the start there was a shake in my steering. The tire shop replaced a new Tire on my left side and balanced it. Helped some but the shake was still there. They told me I was being to particular. So, drove the tires till they was a little over half worn out. The shake kept getting worse, every week this Summer it got worse.
I bought a new set of Michelins this week, put them on today and added a pint of prestone in each tire. Aired them up to 105 psi. Took the Rig for a drive this afternoon and it is running smooth, same as when it was new. No shake.
So, anybody ever get a tire or tires that was out of round? When I would jack the front end up you could see the wobble in the right front tire, left one had some wobble in it, was up and down when I would spin my tires. Tire shop tried to tell me it was normal.
