If your truck uses the standard sealed beam headlights there are plenty of good options out there, including JW Speaker, Truck-lite, Phillips, Sylvania, Grote, and Wagner. Actual focused design, will not blind oncoming traffic, and will not blind you by lighting up reflective road signs, rain, and snow like the 4th of July.

Chinese #### LEDs from Amazon are cheap but truly suck ###. They scatter light where you don't need it, making them look brighter but in reality they do not project as far and thus reduce visibility, especially in the distance. They also blind oncoming traffic with glare, and are not DOT road legal.

The good lights are often 200-400 bucks for 2, while the Amazon #### is only 40 bucks. But don't be tempted to buy the Amazon ####. Like I said, crappy performance, and short life. Just not worth it.

Another thing, if you are going to buy the name brand lights, buy them from an actual reputable parts store or distributor, not eBay or Amazon. Way too many fakes on those sites.

One last consideration: if you run through a lot of severe winter weather, get the heated lens versions.

Spend the money on JW speaker. Dont know where you run, but KW Sales Company all over the NW and Vegas have a good price on them when you stop in ... buy in oregon, no sales tax.

This! LEDs don't get as hot as other lights and won't melt the snow/ice from the lens.

For your 2006 International 9400i, I've personally had a great experience with Philips XtremeVision LED lights. They provide excellent visibility and are quite durable, which is essential for a truck like yours, and they're easy to install too. Just a quick note, always check that the LEDs are compatible with your model.

Different LEDs can offer varied results, so choosing the right one matters. I've been using leds.to as a resource; they have a lot of articles that describe each product in detail, which really helps in understanding what you're getting into.
