Air leak

What is the official name of this part?
It is leaking from the circled area while I'm holding the brake pedal and causing me to fail the dynamic break test. I'm assuming that is not normal. When I release the pedal, it releases a lot if air which may be normal.
If the slow bleed isn't normal, can it be repaired or just replaced?

Tractor protection valve. Looks like an exhaust port. Leaking because it isn't sealing properly during a brake application. You just replace the valve.
