This happened to us too. I am trying to get to the bottom of this. Something is very shady, all loads have been completed and there was an issue with check-ins.

Woke up to this on my amazon relay page. Then this email came>>
"After an investigation of your account, it has come to our attention that you have fraudulently booked loads that you have not completed. This violation is a terminable offense pursuant to Section 5(b) of the Amazon Relay Carrier Terms of Service. Your company will be prohibited from booking any future work with Amazon. This decision is final. There are no appeals available."
There was NO FRAUD!! Has this happened to anyone else??? The only thing that happened was we dropped off a load that was not properly checked in as received. THAT'S IT.
Since this doesn't make sense I can only assume this is discrimination. There was no fraud, if we had incomplete loads they would be on our load board! there is nothing there.
Be warned this could happen at any time, we had been working with Amazon for over a year with an A+ score, then we started noticing that a lot of our loads would be cancelled mid route on a consistent basis, it was becoming harder for us to find loads.[/QUOTE]Last edited by a moderator: Jul 18, 2021

Apologies that you were not sent an initial communication on your suspension. We have looked into the suspension and found the following:
After an investigation of your account, it has come to our attention that your company is affiliated with a SCAC that has had its Relay Agreement terminated for multiple violations pursuant to Section 5(b) of the Amazon Relay Carrier Terms of Service. Accordingly, Amazon is suspending your company's Relay account effective immediately pursuant to Section 5(a) of the Amazon Relay Carrier Terms of Service, which permits Amazon to terminate your company's Relay Agreement for convenience upon 30 days' written notice.
If you believe this decision has been made in error, please request an appeal by emailing ats-carriernotifications@amazon.com no later than 4/2/2022 ("Termination Date"). Otherwise, your company's Relay account will be terminated as of the Termination Date and your company will be prohibited from booking any future work with Amazon.
My most recent problem that has a lot to do with this post. We ran and load and have not been paid. Had our account locked (can’t gain entry to dispute anything) and going back and forth through emails for over a month when they just keep sending that same generic responses.
