Where is everyone #5

Yeah if you don't have a high rise truck they catch a lot of air. With no weight to use to get momentum on down grades you're burning fuel all the way. You also get the drag on the back end like a van trailer, so catching hell from wind on both ends will be a constant draw on your motor.

We get 8+ mpg with them because our Little Sara sends the headwinds up and over the top. I've been thinking about running some cause rates on them have come way up the last couple of days.

 

Sadly marriage doesn't have the value it did just a couple generations ago. My grandparents were married for life. The vast majority of my extended family have been married just once and are still together.

Today though I feel marriage is more of a gamble. A man is betting literally everything he has built for himself over his entire life and the woman knows this. She holds all the cards.

 

I have made millions. Did not seem to keep much at the end. Fuel taxes payroll and such ya know.

 

I'd probably detonate them lol.

 

Been installing a king pin in my bucket of bolts this evening, glad it’s done, even let my mechanic drink a belly washer since it was after hours lol.....

 

And they gave their last BJ.

 

No I like to joke & cut up and have a fun,but you post some pretty tasteless and tacky comments at times. My wife & I have been married for 30 years through good & bad. She has been by my side when I didn't know where the money was going to come from to keep the lights on when things were slow to now when things are a whole lot better. She took care of 2 kids,a house and worked a full time job while I was trucking or in the hay field trying to make a better life for us. I enjoy walking in the house and her there waiting on me. I know not all women are like her and I am lucky. What you said was disrespectful and I didn't appreciate it. If you don't like what I said ,I don't care, but I have been here a long time, so if you want to post here in the flatbed section, quit being a d ick.

 

Well, my middle load just canceled. I've never had this many loads cancel! Grrrr
I'm sitting outside savanna. Unload in the morning.
Supposed to reload going to Laredo. Then reload out of there going to the house. The guy I have the home load through is a good guy and I do alot of business with them. So I don't want to cancel on him because I can't get there. Ugh, hopefully I can find something in the am. Suck!

Pretty slim Pickens everywhere tonight. Hopefully something comes up in the am. Same as before, when your trying to get to some place specific.....because I don't want to cancel on the other guy. I think we are to see more of this to come though. As supply gets tight because of the supply chain issues.
