Has your company released a mandate statement?

They did not say anything about testing. They did say they expect OSHA to give guidance in a few weeks and this Emergency Temporary Standard will only be in effect for 6 months.

 

Prime Inc put out a statement a couple weeks ago that they would not mandate vaccines, but obviously that was before the new executive order or whatever.

If it winds up being required I'll get it as I like my dedicated route; however, I have a feeling this isn't going to hold up in the courts.

 

Don’t know if this is the right place to ask this but… how does this affect owner operators? Technically we are our own employee and contracted/leased to a company to pull their trailers. I wonder if this idiotic mandate includes something for that. I haul for a company but I’m not their employee…I just pull their trailers with my truck.

 

OSHA or the President CANNOT MAKE A LAW!!! Those powers are reserved for the Congress.

 

My company made everyone fill out a form saying whether or not they’ve been vaxed. I get the impression many drivers haven’t gotten it but lied on the form out of fear they’ll be mandated to get it if they sign the paper saying they’re not vaxed.

We need drivers bad, being asked to work our days off so don’t think anyone will be fired for now. Drivers seem to be feeling invincible.

 

I had the J&J one and done 3 months ago. I will not get another one of any kind in any amount.... Ever. I will never carry a "vaccine passport". ..... Ever. I am so over this $#!+. The biggest problem is half of this population are a bunch of Pusssified Sheeple.

 

Lying will just make them look like idiots if down the road they have to provide proof. I holding my cards close since many companies are offering a bonus for vaccinated employees. If we all say yes company will not offer bonus....keep company on the edge and guessing...

 

BTW......I WILL NOT FILL OUT A FORM FOR ANYBODY STATING YES OR NO! My vaccination record is already in some government database, along with every time I've scratched my balls or picked my nose over the last 30 years. They know EXACTLY who had what shot....when and where.
