Thats why I dont tip. The nerve of these food servers nowadays,spitting on food and what not

 

Perhaps you don't understand that Restaurant employees are exempt from the minimum wage laws, and some of them only make about $2.50 an hour (plus tips).
I ALWAYS figure at least 15% into the cost of the meal, more if the waiter/waitress treats me good. If you can't do that, don't embarrass yourself, spend more time eating at Wendy's.

 

NO ONE is "obligated" to give a tip, unless it is resteraunt policy to include it in the bill. If there are a lot of people like YOU in your neighborhood, I could understand the need for "compulsory" tipping.
Restaurant employees are EXEMPT from minimum wage laws, and not everyone has the cash to eat at 5* restaurants.......
But hey; you are only 23, so I wouldn't really expect you to understand that. Hell, you probably just moved out of your dad's house last week........right?

I haven't ever had a problem with someone "spitting" on my food. But then again, I outgrew your attitude when I was 9.

Lady friend of mine says the 2 easiest guys to spot are the cheap ones, and the broke ones. The cheap ones stiff the waitress. The broke ones over tip trying to impress their date and/or the waitress. And while they may be nice looking, neither are really worth her time.
