Here, your guaranteed to sell same day. My buddy is a realtor and his last house sold in 14min for $50k over asking for cash! The market is nuts. Between people from the coast and corporations buying everything up, the average guy can't catch a break.

 

I didn't even know such a thing even existed until I seen that.

 

Funny you mention the phone calls. I actually got emails of the same. Wanting to know all kind of scamdemic crap. I obviously ignored it, but makes you wonder what they are fishing for. As you said, it ain't good.......as history tends to show.

 

Housing prices around us are absolutely ridiculous. Decided it was worth refinancing the place. Market value and appraisal came in at almost 4 times what we paid when we purchased it.

Maybe he got "confused" and mistook this thread for another....? I hope he recognizes his mistake and removes the image...

 

Well, well, well. I have been away from the forum and from the road for a while and today I make my triumphant return with a 2015 Kenworth T-660 ISX-15 and a 13 speed with 3.36 gears. Perfect for me to poke along at 57mph with my flatbed.

I took some time off of the road to be with my wife and our young son who is now in 1st grade. It felt really good to spend a full year at home with my family because they are my world. But, I digress, it is time to hit the road again in search of them greenbacks.

Today I am home in Waxahachie, TX and for the next several days. I'll be laying the rubber down come Tuesday. Hope to see some of you guys on the road. Be safe.
