Id be willing to bet this is one of the scam broker MC#s these jokers set up based on what im seeing on carrier 411 right now. In business 1yr 10 mo. Carrier 411 shows the address is a house in Citrus Height, CA and that they have their broker authority pending revocation, also shows about 15+ different MC# associated with this broker MC#. (530) 763-7999 seems to be the link. I would file on their bond immediately before they disappear completely so you at least have that on record. Id put your chances of getting paid on this at 30%.

Did the paperwork ask you to check in as a different carrier name at the shipper? What load board did you find the load posted on? If you have some more info i can maybe help

You may have to contact the original broker for payment, which sucks for the real broker as he gonna have to pay twice. My advice is when you look at loads posted on DAT and Truckstop, click on the name of the broker who has the load posted. If they are new as hell, only 2 reviews, you see other truckers saying they are double brokering. You look at say TQL, they might have some bad reviews, but we all know they are a real company (i dont work at TQL, fyi only using them as an example) and they have real freight, albeit cheap. You'll get paid with them. AVENUE LOGISTICS, ALL STATE ASSOCIATION - you may not get paid.

Please send all questions my way, ill help if i can.

    nikmirbre and 062 Thank this.
