It’s much more fun to drive a slow car fast than a fast car slow.

this is why some of the “unmanly” sports cars have such a huge following. S2000, the Miata, WRX, etc

not everyone wants whatever high end tire shredder dodge is pushing out today,

The same could be said about motorcycles — although weight is more of a factor than power to me.

It's been so long since I've lived in the area, I didn't realize Cheyenne was getting this bad. Lots of drug activity here.....lots! Cops everywhere here now and last night you would have sworn I parked at a night club because of all the flashing lights. There is a old crappy camper parked on the road that alot of shady folk are coming and going from. The guy parked across from me in a pickup with a truck camper has to be under cover. He has been in his front seat "reading" the same book for 7 hours now and has yet to turn a page. He is looking around more than at his book....more over it in the direction of the aforementioned camper. Plus, if you have a camper, you would be in it and not the front seat....all day. Yeah, he is under cover....just not very good at it. About to see some action. Alot of marked cars just showed up.

Thank you. It has great flavor in the bark, but the middle was a little dry. That’s my only complaint about it. Although, I’m known to be pretty hard on myself. I sprayed it down in apple cider vinegar every hour, after the first four hours.

I'd take a Mitsubishi evo 8, the euro spec one with 400hp out of a 2.0L

    ###### IMO

Euro spec evo 8 did 0-60 in 3.5 sec 405hp

Fat up usually does alot better in the moist dept. Did you ramp your Temps or just set it and forget it kinda thing?

Fat up is what I was taught to do to keep it moist, but not this time. Oh well.

I kept an eye on my temps. Kept it between 225-250. It’s a little tricky to judge how much wood to add to keep it in that range. Don’t want to really send the heat up there, but can’t loose that flame either.
