Probably a Seat for cheap dune rail someone had in a pickup or trailer. Or could even have been for tailgating, some of those tractor seats arent too bad comfortability wise

Probably a lawnmower seat that was repaired with plywood bottom and hinges let go at highway speed.. driver was lucky
