Super ego holding is a ripoff , you don't get paid for the first 2 weeks then they will try to give you trailer that need repair or a basic T 680 that could be brand new or used and charge the full price. You will be moving freight for 2-225 dollars a mile when dry van is at least 2.78 a mile or above, and when your return equipment they will claim it needs repairs and keep your money.

When you take out your taxes you made 4044 for the month, that's no money for a lease operator.

Actually, that is about what Fleece Purchase drivers make at most of the companies that use that business model. Does anybody think they are trying to give the victims a good deal? I GROSS about 1400-1700 per week as a company driver. W2 employee... Medical, Dental, STD, LTD, 401K, etc. No overhead, no fuel bills, no repair bills, no hotel bills when the truck breaks down, no quarterly estimated taxes, no extra accounting fees, the list goes on. The risk reward just isn't there..... OR WE ALL WOULD BE DOING IT!

I'm in a $3.47/mi load right now. Brand new truck, brand new trailer.

I did the lease program started last year in February turned the truck back in December.

    It’s 88% to the truck
    “12%” to the company

the 12% is a lie each load you are dispatched on they will photoshop and send a edited rate con with a false rate for that load that is why they tell you that they will fire you if you book your own loads.

    the deductions are high
The safety records are high for all the companies under the superego umbrella.

my average week gross was 6 to 8k doing 4 to 5 loads a week lots of miles because they steal from you.

they charge the drivers full rate for fuel if using the company fuel card while the company keeps the fuel discount.

It’s a okay company if you know how to use them to make some quick cash like I did I bought my own truck last October and I’m not doing much better and still gross the same amount but run less miles and less deductions

Let's be real: they don't really send rate cons. I'm pretty certain they (like most other % lease companies) are skimming the rates, then taking another 12% on what they give you.

I have another "full time" salary job so I'm not going to sweat it too much. I'm already breaking the rules by using my own fuel card or Mudflap for fuel, and only use theirs a couple times a week. No discounts or fuel rebates on their EFS, so I saved .48/gal yesterday to get 51 gallons. Ill grab a few gallons today on their card. I'm sure they are getting rebates on PFJ and not passing them on.

They say I have to get my own IFTA to use my card. I'm in the process of doing that right now.

My plan is to stack a few bucks then go buy a truck to lease on elsewhere.

Are they requiring you to use their fuel card, fuel only at thier on network fuel locations and won't file your IFTA if you use your own payment method?

They just told me I had to use their card unless I get my own IFTA, which I will do.

It’s best you get you’re own ifta they over charge you anyways when I was there they had no issues with me using my own card but I guess now they see that they are losing money.

How are you getting these rates if you don’t mind me asking?
