Is the vibration only on the front end? Have you check all your u joint and carrier bearing?

    bad-luck and shooter19802003 Thank this.

Where does the vibration start. Floor or steering wheel?

There are so many variables here it isn't even funny. Is the vibration always there? Is it only under a load? Is it while you are in the throttle or out of the throttle. Tire could be out of round. Could be bearings. Could be carrier bearing. Could be u joints. Could be tie rod ends. Could be Drag link. Could be steering box. Could be steering shaft. Could be a tire not seated right on the rim. Are there unusual tire wear? Need more and specific info.

I took a video but wont let me up load. With a load it will vibrate a little bit when i let off the gas or down hill. When im empty its worse

Sounds like a u joint to me. Check your drive line.

Once they balanced the tires it was a little better not much. We checked u joints. So at 45 itll shake a little then stop around 50-55. Then at 67 itll start back shaking. At low speeds i can feel it the steering wheel a little. Shop suggested balance with the wheels on the truck.

You said it changes or gets worse downhill or letting off? Worse when loaded?

Steer tire or wheel end issue should be more consistent and not change only with road speed.

Step 1- when there is any driveline related vibration which is felt in seat and feet, especially when it changes when accell or decel is to check and set air suspension ride height to specs. Ride height changes increase u-joint operating angles which transmit vibrations. Don't wait if its severe- out of balance conditions can cause severe component damage, especially under load. From there a thorough driveline inspection is the next stop.

Does it lessen because your speed is lowering or does it go away as soon as your back on the throttle regardless of road speed.
