For what?
those are sealed lights as long as the connectors are properly. -
Use dielectric grease on all the plug ins. Put all the wires inside plastic wire loom as it will either rub against the walls or lay on the bottom and rub thru. Heat shrink/shrink seal ALL connections.
PS…. That looks killer!pavrom Thanks this. -
Seems like all the good lights come with the bullet plugs that fit snug and that eliminates much of your issues. I bought some lights a few years ago that worked really well but they didn’t have the plugs. The grand general plugs seem to work the best for me as the cheaper plugs didn’t fit snuggly. I tend to over kill but some heat shrink over the weather proof connection doesn’t take but a minute to install and is worth my effort. These heat shrink connectors with solder in them are the best I have used. I know you didn’t ask about lights but these are nice after you install the mount. When you need to replace one all it takes is two screws to replace the light.
