A 10 minute browse on truck paper , will make you feel better about spending that money on your old iron.....

Ohh, I don't feel bad....just can't catch a break. If I get rid of this, I'm going back to a 359. Only reason I have yet is because of cruise control. I like my electronic cruise on the 379. No way in hell would I own a new truck, or emissions truck of any kind. Plus I like no eld.

So far I dipped negative for the month (not hard since I only worked 1/5 weeks lol), so not spending on extras at the moment. I'll see if my thump is still there with the new one and decide.

Cruise is a must for me. Depending on my mood, I'd find myself either doing 80 or 45. Well, that and I have to have at least a unibilt if I want to be able to walk. First truck was a non-unibilt and was painful even when I was 21 and indestructible.

No kidding. I started truck hunting while reading Double Yellow, Blair's, and Tugs threads and passed up a lot of trucks that would have quadrupled in "value" by now.

I seen a 389 pete the other day listed on there. 2019 over 300k miles and was still 150k. I mean c'mon. Thats just ridiculous. Didnt even have a cool paint job or anything. Just a regular ol run of the mill 389

Yeah, i gotta admit, it is nice to be able to stand up while putting clothes on. Plus the storage in this one is wayyyyyyy better than my old 359. However, the 359 is just sexy as hell. I wouldnt mind a k100 aerodyne. Not sure I would want to be otr in it though.
I looked at a w900 with a flattop before I bought this one. The one you can stand up in. They wanted a mint for it and it still needed quite a bit of work. If it was reasonably priced, I would have bought it.
