Oof, yeah that is suspect as @$%.

This house had been on the market for over 40 days, and the price had also been reduced once. No offers.

We put ours in and the next day two more offers come in back to back.

Definitely agree with the effect large sums of money can have on people. I understand it, people want to get the most out of their property when they sell it. I mean I'm hoping the same when we sell our current house. But, because we aren't money motivated we're not going to be strictly eying dollar amounts when it comes to offers. I'd sell to people who were actually wanting to live in the place before I'd consider anything from some investment trust firm, even if it meant getting a little less.

 

Of course, after warranty is done. Could they tell what it's from?

Cruise is the only thing I miss with the new pump. Most of the stuff i do is under 20k, set it and ride. Still have to set the jake up. I keep reaching for it and forgetting I don't have one atm
