Nope. Never had a Chev of that vintage. Might have been @Brettj3876 and the quadsteer you're thinking of.

I was just gonna warn anyone who replaces a radio to get the interface install kit. Chimes and buzzers are audible through it. If you don't it will cause faults that don't exist.

But they give you a speaker to put in the depths of the dash. Do your self a favor and cover it with electrical tape. Unless you want your seat belt dinger to sound like a upset fire alarm.

On the topic of trucks, the stereo came back to life last night. At least Ford circled the problem.

Been browsing around for a 2nd vehicle again today. Kinda think an IROC Z would match my white trash personality.

Good to know. Don't plan on replacing the radio anytime soon. Did the 04s have the seatbelt keepers? Mine just blinks on the dash

Funny, I just saw a Craigslist ad this morning has an '89 IROC for $4,500 AND a '72 KW COE for $2,500! Better get the '77 K5 blazer too

Lol I actually came across a mint '86 K5 with a fresh built 350, lifted, great interior and minimal rust (just surface bubbling). Not really an SUV guy but it definitely caught my eye. $26k Canadian Pesos.
