Sorry to steal the thread but I have a question for mr Haney I have 1994 w900b kenworth a 3406 5ek I have replaced all the injectors with brand new not reman on and I have had the motor rebuild about 75k ago it has all new sensors and all new fuel system it carries 65lbs of fuel pressure at a idle and 85 goin down the road I am having a problem with it acting like it is cutting out like it is running out of fuel or like it is a bad injector but the cut out test says they are good I am just about to the point that I am just goin to park the truck I was wondering if you might have a idea of what the problem might be and it is the original evidence it has 45,000 hours on it

Sounds like you've done a lot stuff to correct the problem. You mention nothing about the power and grounds to the ECM and the engine harness on the engine and the one under the valve covers. Sounds electrical to me. Check the supply wires to ECM with a loaded circuit make sure there not weak .
Intothesunset Thanks this. -
If you figure it out post the solution. I’m having the same problem. Replaced the cam sensor that helped a lot, but has a hiccup in a hard pull over 1600

I have replaced all of the engine wiring harnesses Evan the one in the rocker box and all the sensors are new and I have checked the engine hot wire and ground they are good
