Jack up the rears on a secure platform and run the truck up to the vibration speed and see if you feel it.

If you do, put a knowledgeable person in the truck running it up while you observe the wheels and tires.

Next remove the rear tires and run the truck up to speed and observe the driveline.

    Motor mounts are good.
Leaf springs are a Z shape Hendrickson I believe no bushings.
U joint was changed in the Hope that it would stop the vibration . Same as before.
On curvy roads at or close to 50 mph it seems like turning to the right reduces or stops the vibration and turning to the left starts it at a much lower speed. So putting more weight on the passenger side seems to aggravate it. That is also the side that had the broken spring and leaning/underinflated air bag (passenger rear.) Could be coincidence. Think I'm going to play with that leveling valve some more. I'll see if I can get the ride height info as well.

After the air bag swap and tire rotation, I really had to try to get it to vibrate while unloaded. In a hundred miles I was able to get it to do it once or twice but very moderate compared to when loaded.

You said you had a differential out, what are the chances your read shaft was removed from the slip yoke and put back in out of time? That’s what it really sounds like to me.

Just make sure that cap on the slip yoke and the cap on top of the main shaft line up. If you had it removed and the shaft on the ground, both caps should set level on the ground.

Check your drive line and all u joints.

Check if it does it in neutral or just in gear

Check if it does it while pulling, cruising and coasting

Motor mounts affect drive line angle so check the front as well and check carrier bearing.

Short of that, find a shop that has a vibration analyzer.
