    You never back the nut off to align the slots in the nut with the hole. Always go to the next tighter one if the hole ends up between the slots of the nut.

    It definitely got loose at some point for too long. You might need a new knuckle if that one is messed up. If it is then it’ll always vibrate. That hole is 1/1-8” if widened it self from all the vibration then no good.
