Suspension issue not allowing adequate weight onto that corner?
Big Road Skateboard Thanks this. -
Flatbed with not much weight? Like @AModelCat said. For some reason you've got no traction there.

I forgot to mention it's a 53 dry van

Greese/oil? Broken gear?

Given that youve relaced everything but the axle itself, 2 things come to mind
1. When replacing the slack adjuster and chamber, mechanic didnt set slack adjuster to correct length
2. The way the slack adjuster mounts is messed up and allows too much flex/is hanging -
Our stepdeck trailer did that. Had a brake job done both sides for front axle of a tridem.
Thought the brakes needed breaking in but it kept doing it. Locking up, sliding tires.
I backed off the slack adjuster a bit more to allow more room for breaking in.
Still does it. I checked the other 2 axles brakes as well. They appeared fine, had lining and working fine but more likely glazed and not braking enough so I replaced all of the pads and drums. The front axle was working harder than the other two.
Trailer has been fine since. -
I replaced all the brakes and drums still locking up

My RGN does this at times if I set the ride height to manual and don't have the same setting on all 3 axles.....id say you have a suspension issue.
