Mmmmmmmm just go to your bank. If you can't do a 20 year max, 10 or 15 is a lot better, with your bank, then keep saving your money until you can.

Just did a 10 with my bank ( PNC ). 2% fixed.

 

20 year max is pretty hard to do on the west coast.

It's not the east coast where housing only costs $100g.

 

You put some coin down. Trying to buy a $600K home for your first home is equivalent to being a brand new driver and buying a brand new truck

Dave... see that last picture of yours of the kitchen? My donkey Kong brother has a nice house in the communist state. Kitchen sorta like that with three lights hanging on island. Well?! The idiot didn’t like his lights. Changed them out. Then he went to Denny’s. (They go there a lot). Realized he put Denny’s lights in his kitchen!

 

I just refinanced my home. Been at present company for 10 months. Finally happy here. No problem with loan.
