Where is everyone #5

Its going pretty good. The gym decided in the end to stick with restricted capacity limits vs asking for proof of vax. With holidays and work schedule I ended up not making it to the gym for about a month anyways so I'm glad I had the weights at home.

I hit legs the other evening after about a month of lifting at home and could still squat over 315 so I'm quite happy. I was doing Eddie Hall's shoulder workout twice a week during that month and that has made for some pretty great shoulder definition.

20x rear delt raise
20x lat raise
20x front raise
20x overhead press
20x shrug
Repeat 5x. Supposed to use dumbells that are 10% of your body weight. I was using 5 lb weights to start and it destroyed me. I'm up to 10 lb weights now.

 

Is that all caterpillar stuff.

 

Transplant badgers. That'll take care of prairie dogs. 2 years ago shootin at em was hopeless.

 

This morning’s project. Mexican egg bake.

 

Badgers do a number on pocket gophers also.

The coyotes decimated the groundhog population around here. The deer population too for a while was scarce about the time i was old enough to hunt there weren't many deer around. Some of it was from the city slicker that bought 800 acres on the other side of the mountain and his hunting club. If it was brown it was down. Now that died down and now the deer are plentiful again

I hear the coyotes every night. I'd like to try hunting them this winter

 

Heck coyotes are eating the cats and dogs in the Orlando FL area.

 

Watching that volcano errupt live. Its getting pretty wild right now.
