Appreciate the followup - they have nothing, and no due date for what's coming.

Wow! Well, time for Plan B - if you have the financial resources, then buy a used truck with a good foundation ( frame, components and body are good) and plan to rebuild the power train from the radiator to the last axle.

I already have other units on pre-order, the problem is they keep pushing back delivery dates with no confirmation. Buying used in this market is ridiculous with current pricing - and won't be suitable for my use which is to run teams with the mileage I mentioned in my earlier post. If you can tell me otherwise, as far as a quality team that wants to run non-stop being comfortable on a used/rebuilt unit - then send over the referral and I'll get on that! :)

Otherwise the auction units available, will be going for less, however it's assumed there will be substantial work to be done / many units have damage that will take even more time to fix.

something like that - more of a perfect 'hurry up and wait'. Sitting on the sidelines isn't part of the plan, but with pricing where it is, my calculations show new is the route for what I need. This is why I made the post, as if I had something being on the ground or in sooner, I wouldn't have asked for other people's time for the recommendation - but all appreciated nonetheless.
