Wait till you know who you're going to work for. 99% sure they will want your physical done by their doctor.

Weed can still show up 6+ months later for overweight and heavy smokers. Get a well reviewed drug test on Amazon and test multiple days before you get a DOT drug test. If the drug test is given for DOT purposes and is dirty they are required to turn over the results to the police.
Quit smoking, you can't beat the test indefinitely.
If you can't quit look into 12 step groups. For some weed is highly addictive.

If you need a cpap machine you should definitely get one. Telling DOT/DMV is of course the right thing to do. But it took me five years to get the ####ing thing off my license. Now I wouldn't suggest to others to keep their mouths shut. But....

 

The easiest place to get a DOT physical done is at the CVS minute clinic .

 

It's due to a lot of shady "DOT" doctors. Companies only trust their own.
