Apparently you don't have to get off a trainer truck to get fired for safety violations, that's what happened to me .I was sent out with a bad trainer he acted like he was starving to death always whining about his pay saying he didn't get but 45 dollars a day and that doing the training was knocking him out of a load a day .He would type everything in the box that allocated the loads so quickly that I could not tell what he was entering i already had a knowledge of tanking or I would have left the 1st day wish I would have left .lol. Anyways he was a real brown nose type he would sit around the office and lie on me to management he didn't like me because I'm female and I told him the problem with what he was doing and let him know he wasn't a good trainer.
