Will Trailer prices drop?

I think that not just trailer but the price of everything is going to continue to sky rocket... I'am not going to bring politics into this .. but our economy is as stable as a 1 legged hooker on ice with a Crack pipe in her hand

 

People aren't going to have money to spend therefore when everything gets caught up from these shutdowns on the trucking side, with all the extra people that jumped into this Industry its going to be a blood bath. Companies/ Owner ops will be sinking and Ritchie Brothers auction lots will be over flowing with equipment.

 

Normally I would agree with you 100%.... and I hope to God your right
But we are in uncharted waters with Traitor Joe at the helm.. & He can destroy a anvil with a feather

 

I actually don't believe they could up production if they wanted to. Shortages on everything from labor to tires and everything in-between

 

"They" shut it all down...GLOBALLY with what seemed like a flick of switch in just a week or two. "They" can start it all back up if they want to. They won't though. They run the show around the entire world. Not us. We're their slave pawns.

 

That May very well be the case, however suppliers and end product mfg’s are making record profits. They have the perfect excuse “Covid”. no one is going to accuse them of market manipulation or price gouging.

 

Indeed. Regulatory bodies (governments in general) and corporations all also have the perfect excuse to further erode liberty all while getting richer.

 

Yeah but if you have people standing in line waving money at you for your product I'd much prefer selling now for good money than not selling and risking bottom falling out sooner than later

 

The prices won’t come back down much.

Why would they ?

the manufacturers are making huge profits now, why would they increase production and drive the price down and make less money ?

 

It's the same with laws and regulations. Once they're enacted they never reverse course and remove them.
