My personal best was 122 on I-17 southbound.
( 16 years old )
Guess that's like 48 over.
132 on I-5 just south of the Yolo Causeway. Taken out at gunpoint. ( 18 years old )
Guess that's like 62 over.
Drove home from both without a citation.nredfor88, Cattleman84, Brettj3876 and 6 others Thank this. -
You're screwed for the next few years, my friend. You're lucky your employer is keeping you on. I guarantee it's costing them extra money to keep you on their insurance. If you're lucky enough to find a company to you insure you as an Independent it will be extremely expensive to the point you'll be running to just pay your insurance bill. Put your idea on the back burner for a couple years until it drops off your record.

A couple thoughts,
stay as a driver and don’t get another ticket. Let it drop off your record, I think three years is what my insurance company tells me.
second as mentioned, the insurance company will be the one to stop you from being an o/o, and knowing what my will tell me to do if I have a driver with an over 15 ticket, you will pay high rates with it if they even accept you. If a driver of mine gets one, my lawyer acts on it if it is legit speed trap.Speed_Drums Thanks this. -
And you want to be an o/o? Not a good combination for success.MOBee, Studebaker Hawk, InTooDeep and 1 other person Thank this.

Yes i realize that, broke at the time due to some unexpected bills. Back on track and have a cushion now. And wasn't planning to start till mid next year anyway, even more time to save.ZVar and austinmike Thank this.

I got a racing on highway dropped to a loitering ticket because i was the only person who got nabbed that night to show up with a lawyer.
They wrote 50 or 60 tickets that night, i was the only person smart enough to show up with a lawyer. The prosecutor looked at me, said that and told me well you must have been loitering so here you go pay that on your way out.harold6091, Midwest Trucker, Brettj3876 and 1 other person Thank this. -
Now you have a cushion again??? If you want to be an O/O you should really have at least $40k cash set aside AFTER all your start up expenses are covered. It dont sound to me like you are even remotely ready to be an O/O.MOBee, black_dog106, Short Fuse EOD and 1 other person Thank this.
