I have power to the fan and temp control switches in the bunk but they do not work. Does the thermocontrol box control both of these? That box is mounted down close to them. Is there any other stuff that could make both of they not work?
    Thanks, Willis

If your referring to the diesel heater check the fuel filter. Mine is in line by the left fuel tank. I know if it’s clogged the fan will blow but the heater will not ignite.

    Thanks, Johnny
This system just runs off the truck itself, not a separate system.

I just opened up that black control box and the board inside looks good, but that doesn't check the components.

Check fuses in aux. PDM in driver B pillar. Possible bad PDM, they get water logged from leaking upper bunk window. It controls bunk heater functions. I have a diagram for PDM wire outputs, but won't be back to shop till Monday.

    Update
Fault on dash is HVAC2 controller no response code 200s254 07
Fuses (holders) in the dash for this system are hot 12v both sides with the fuse even with the fuse out. What would cause this control system to be hot on both sides? Where can that system be getting power coming the other way? 2 hots cancel each other out.
Have power to the bunk fan motor but the control circuit won't let it work. Stepper motor dead to.
I'm thinking bad ground but how could that make both sides hot on that control system?
    VIN #V03627
Any information you need to help just ask.
    Fan motor, new
    AC bunk controller box, new
    Thanks, Willis
