All of you saying get a lawyer: do you all think that a multi billion dollar company don’t have an entire firms worth of contract lawyers working full time? You can bet your ### that if they are asking for it they can legally do it. Now you can go and waste your money and have it looked at all you want but the reality of it is, make your decision, pay the sur-charge, or loose your spot.

It’s only 1500$ worth less then paying a lawyer. But i have heard now they have canceled the orders now is that true

Ordered a high roof Kenworth T680 with an MX13 and standard interior from Pape for $162k in early June (FET included and no Bendix collision avoidance) > build date was originally Nov. 8 > build date later moved to Dec. 27th > recently build date moved again to "January 2022" (no date specified) and model year to 2023, price bumped by $8,000 (roughly 5%).
