I’m with them now. What exactly is your issue? It ain’t perfect by a long shot and everything y’all said is true but what is a better option? I’m not taking up for them, I just wanna know so I can leave because I’m trying to hold out until Christmas. I don’t have a plan after that though

 

They are skimming your rates. You are getting paid about half of what they should be paying. Ask yourself what would happen if you blew a tire tomorrow or two tires on that trailer. How about one of the brake cans needing replaced. Brake job, shocks, DPF filter gets clogged and your engine derarates..... can you afford a $1200 tow with what they are giving you?

Here is what that eurotrash does:

EVERYTHING they get is spot market. All brokers, no direct customers. Broker says will give one of the many companies they use (to fly under the radar) $2500. They tell YOU the gross is $1700. You agree and they give you 88% of that $1700. They withheld $800, then also took 12%, or $204. They are double brokering. Then they also get any fuel surcharge they negotiate and don't tell you about it, or give you any of it. They try to make you fuel with their card only paying high pump price. I have known Peelot/FJ to give fuel rebates. Who do you think is getting that?

You won't get your last check either.

 

Once again what is a better option? I’m making more money than I’ve ever made. Do you honestly think the dispatchers and brokers aren’t gonna get their cut? What is your solution because it will be that way everywhere else as well.

 

If all they're running is spot market, you're making money only because the spot market is off the charts right now.

I don't think you are following me here. I moved over to a different company the discloses the REAL rate, and will email me a rate con anytime I ask for it. They get their agreed on percentage and thats it. I get my percentage and pay for the truck, maintenance, fuel, occ-acc, bobtail, and my income taxes. They do withhold maintenance at .12/mi but that is just one thing I don't have to worry about.

Your settlement checks are missing a LOT of money, I guarantee that. Again, what are you going to pay for repairs with? You WILL have a breakdown or flat sooner or later, no matter how new the truck is. During my month of playing with those idiots, I didn't make enough to put away my desired $500/week in my own maintenance account.

How long you gonna keep paying pump price for PFJ fuel? I saved almost .48/gal today on 126 gallons using my TSD fuel card.

 

Anything is a better option then to stay with a company knowing they ARE stealing from you...Next load you get dispatched on, ask the broker how much the load was paying, see if it adds up with the price on the rate confirmation. It's not a 'maybe or a 'might' they are stealing from you right now as we speak....I actually had a safety person look at all of the paper work I had..everything is illegal in the contracts, lease agreements and all the other wasted trees they have in the book. Watch your back, the MC# and DOT# might be inactive because our number was non existent. Any service that got done had to go under Flloyd. If you decide to stay I hope to God you walk away with your license. This place is a disaster waiting to crumble. If you decide to lease purchase, go to somewhere that is American. I hate to sound cruel on that, they work like mobsters up there. They are all tied together and sending money back for money laundering. It will catch up and if I were you, I would get out of the aim of fire. When Uncle Sam comes, he's going to get what is owed. Those trucks will be the first.

 

Our very last paystub. We were working for them then all the sudden out of the blue they told me they weren't going to pay us. Get this, the AVI was due October 15th but I was sent a nice little email stating that they did a brand new AVI that I didn't have to pay for as long as I fill out and forge the signature. MHM! So after we didn't get paid, I could careless. Oh by the way...we are a TEAM making that money. What a joke..So on this paystub right here is what really makes me laugh. They kept our last 2 checks and took $1500 for trailer maintenance on Oct 19th. Guess what? The truck was still at Love's and I was already with a new job. It's so much more I could tell you but it would be a mini novel.
