Or a 2007 Volvo vnl d12 engines with 759k miles with 10 brand new tires and need to fix little cosmetics features. Have not touch engine “egr”. engine is in good condition he said. His selling it because d he can’t find a driver and his paying monthly parking asking 18k. So please give me some advice

A truck with no engine you say? Hmmmm....

It's a gamble either way but I'd buy a running Volvo and try and make my money back on it and then some before it eats ####.

Yeah, I was thinking on getting the engine rebuilt or a new one? I’m not sure if that’s a good thing to do.

It's expensive as hell, especially right now. Osme shops also won't touch that deleted truck with a 10 ft pole

Your opinion you think the Volvo would be able to do OTR pulling reefer or dry van. Would you just keep it closed by like doing the triangle?

Listen man I'm just an internet idiot so take my advice with a grain. If I had to buy one of these trucks I would buy the Volvo with the little bit of info I have. If I had that Volvo, knowing nothing else about it other than its miles and year I would be very weary of taking a reefer trailer to far from home unless you had some #### good backup in case of breakdowns. What I mean by backup is being leased on to a big OO carrier that can send a rescue truck for that load when you eventually breakdown in BFE.

You can do this on very little money but man it's a hell of a gamble.

I'd take the Volvo myself but thats a gamble too. You got some older trucks there that will need work at one point or another. I personally think a Volvo is the best truck for OTR, but I've only driven models 2011 and up to be fair. I'd keep looking if I were you

Either of those 2 trucks .. you are buying somebody else's problems..
Just guessing here but both those trucks should be cheap to buy so I'am guessing you aren't or don't have alot of money to invest in a truck....
