Steelman Transportation Lease

Let's see if we can answer a few questions. Why are you signing on to do a lease purchase with Steelman? Is Steelman offering you a $1.27/mile to pull loads? What are your total expenses for the week? How many miles do you have to run a week to pay those lp expenses. How much are you left with to take home?
If any company is offering you a $1.+ to pull freight as a lp at anytime you are being hoodwinked & bamboozled. When all said & done a company driver is doing way better than a lp driver. The math doesn't add up & the time you have to put in to try to make it. You will burn yourself out.

During this time you can be a company driver making close to if not a 100k enjoying yourself. You can save your money depends on your position put your money away for 2 yrs & put your down payment on your "own" truck ride off in the sunset as you please.

You can learn the business of trucking during that time & you will definitely learn not to hire yourself for a $1/mile. You will not overpay for a shiny long nose machine. When you do answer those questions above I hope you see you can do a lot better. I hope you do get your ducks in right order & take them to a better lake to swim in.
