i have 3 month old authority. I do power only. since not many brokers talk to me (they need 6-9 months old DOT numbers) I hooked up with couple of local companies. I pull their trailers for $3 a mile. full or empty miles..$3 a mile it is. I told them, I need to be home every day and I can do between 400 - 650 miles, round trip. I gross on average $1350 a day. is that a good deal ? I don't worry about anything ..they give me consistent work - paid at the end of the week. I wonder how JB Hunt, XPO, Amazon and all other big players pay OO for power only...? I DO NOT plan to get a trailer yet ...
$3 per mile - power only.

I get 7 MPG with that old volvo of mine so I spend on fuel depending how much I run ...I pay on averag $50 in tolls every day. I never go to any Love's Pilots TA and other jokes ...small, gas stations are the way to go ...i fill up on a small gas station for 3.45 a gallon ..which is 1 mile away from Pilot ...that chages around $3.85....beats any fuel card huh ?

If no truck payment, that’s even better.
