Wish that we had taken out Tuckster advice and contacted the BBB before investing nearly $10,000. The truck that we got was not as advertised that is for sure. The transmission installed was not for that model, etc. When we returned the truck (per contract within 30 days) all we have gotten was the run around. Promises to refund our deposit or to get us into another truck were just water under the bridge. When a driver for us went to physically pick up the check (after several promises to over night it to us) they called the police on him and told them that he was part of the "mexican mafia". The police stated very clearly that they were tired of being called out to the shop under these pretenses when obviosuly the driver was very non threatening (and not Mexican by the way). The individual officers are discreetly encouraging us to put an end to their charade. Unfortunately we didn't get any other unhappy o/o when we were there as we just assumed that they would keep their word. Great example of the make up of the word 'assume'.

OO that's a lot of money, and if the contract states that they promised these things, I would think that an attorney would eat them alive. Also, you can contact the attorney general in that state, to get this resolved. I'd start making calls, it will speed up your getting your money.
