When I was at daily a long time ago, they had the Leveling valves on a swivel. There were holes in the frame. You would just swivel the valve to the desired height and the spring loaded pin would go into the hole. Worked really nice.

Edit: sorry, that was prolly a horrible description.

Thinking these are only about 42,000 lb. But there is spare parts and spare rims and tires that goes too, not sure how much extra weight that will add….

@shooter19802003 the 99 has grown on me a lot. Only 600k on it with a reman with less than 200k on it. Jan 2013 the motor was replaced from the cam wiping it out. ......

If only it rode as nice as the 93 it would be perfect. Has different hendrickson suspension, not as much travel as the 93

Imo the 90s were the best trucks. Electronic enough to be reliable and more fuel efficient. Cruise control. Air ride and still classic looks. Alot of 90s trucks still in operation.

Running mostly 6250 & 12,000 LB loads lately getting 6.8-7.1 the last few months. Running 68 most of the time at 1725rpm. Not too bad. Wish it had 4.17s instead of 4.42s. ECU tune, everything else stock.

I know. After starting out driving new garbage nothing else compares

These new guys dont know what they're missing
