What if it Snows?

lol. Been there a couple times.
And since I have to get up at the ridiculous hour of 4 am , I bid you all adieu.

 

No volcanoes period. I can deal with blizzards, I can deal with tornadoes, I draw the line at volcanoes.

 

I'm thinking N00b of North Dakota has a nice ring to it. There's like 20,000 people in that state and I figure a house and some land should be about what, $600, $700?

 

Sad face...... Noob won't be my neighbor. From a spot just up the road I can see Rainier, St Helens, and Adams on a clear day.

Tennessee, anywhere East of Jackson. 1-65 south of Nashville a ways, or I-75 anywhere around Chattanooga, pick any side of the area, rarely snows. Or around Cookeville, Knoxville, Dandridge, or up 81 around Bull Gap, if you want a little snow, and colder weather. Cheap Land up there. Green county is the poorest, and one of the friendliest Counties. They even have welcoming groups of transplants. Yankees welcome. Lots of family ties between Tennessee and Michigan.

 

New crapcadia life has crashed at the turnaround 2100 miles in 3 days I’m almost cross eyed. No alarm for me tonight.

 

I have a funny feeling the asking price will drop some more.
