Probably just the big O-rings on your oil cooler. Coolant is green because it probably has green Coolant in it??
Depending on age or miles it might not be a bad idea to replace the oil cooler, when the go bad it makes a heck of a mess. Oil in Coolant

Some coolants shouldn't be mixed, have to read to jug. But since they will be draining your coolant anyway just as well have it replaced with new and proper coolant. RED ELC for a cat is recommended I believe.

Cost i have no idea, i do most of my own work. But either pre cooler or oil cooler aren't bad to work on, parts probably more $ than labor
