Excel Help

I have been in the freight broker world for 13 years but new in this position of reaching out to trucking companies to get quotes for current lanes we have and new business. We have many dedicated lanes we do weekly and we need to reach out to every carrier we can to see if they could quote the lanes we have to see if we can find a cheaper rate. This is for current business but we also follow this process for quoting new business opportunities.

My question is, does anyone have an excel worksheet they use to list all the lanes we have out for bidding, what our target carrier rate would be, and a place to enter the rates the carriers give me to run the lanes? Ideally, this spreadsheet would have formulas and functions to consolidate all the lane, target rate and submitted carrier rates in one sheet but will also automatically move all the carrier information to one tab and all the customer information to another tab. I am not sure on the best way to enter all this info, including multiple carrier rates and the calculated profits based on the carrier quote minus the target rate.

I assume there are folks out there that have done this type of RFP business before that already created an excel template they could share. I would like to consolidate and automate the sheet as much as possible to organize myself and quickly respond to the RFQs I receive.
