You and me both I can only load 47k. Some lumber yards cut the rate if u cant haul 80k gross... 99% of my loads up here are 40-50k the 50k being when im running montana and can gross 84k legal...the only good thing is running the same area i have figured how to get around almost every scale in washington idaho and montana so i will just load it and run. But wish i didnt have to do that...

I believe he was talking about the specific qualification/requirement of reading, writing and communicating in English.

It's all good. No argument. Unfortunately, I believe the matter is going to come to a head before too long whether we want it to or not.

as the saying goes, "if it ain't suckin, it ain't truckin".....lol. just been a bad year. I've dumped alot of money into it. It wouldn't be so bad if the bank didn't Drag its feet half the year on my shop. Now it won't even be this year because of winter. If I had a place to do the work, the cost wouldn't be bad at all. The labor is killing me. I drove 9 hours to get that pumpkin today and it cost me $1200. Other than the drive, I thought the cost to be fair. We'll see what the labor comes to.

Edit: also my genuine cat Alternator  That I paid $1k for about 5 months ago just went out. Luckily, they had 1 on the shelf. So I got the last one on warranty. Plus, my brand new 1.5 month old Steering box went out. Again, got the last one in stock on warranty. I'm a firm believer in the, they don't make it like they used to mantra.

Soooooo, maybe we need to show up and offer to help to move it? :dontknow:
He does have some cool stuff up there. I was eyeing out that k100 yesterday. That is the problem with being on the reservation, kind of a oneway road there. I can't stand that situation at all, which is the reason I left the reservation. We don't see eye to eye. Like the drug house across from the Koa that the tribal police let go. Anywho.... Wonder where it's all going.

    Got a joke for you:

Guy calls his boss, “Boss, I’m sick as hell, I don’t think I will be able to make it in today.” The boss responds, “When I get to feeling ill, I go to my wife and she gives me some really good lovin’. I feel better instantly. You should do the same.”

A couple hours later, the guy calls his boss back, “Boss! I took your advice and I feel great! I am on my way in! BTW, you have a very nice house!”

When I was picking up tools last night I was talking to grandpa, an OG trucker. He owned a small flat fleet & sold out to the mill here (@shooter19802003 you know the outfit). Still runs a '72 Pete dump for "personal use" to stay in the game like me. He said he has coffee & drinks (depending on where the sun is) with the guys there and the shop foreman said they have more trucks waiting on parts than on the road.
"I couldn't be in trucking now with these new trucks, back when I was running I could carry enough spare parts and tools in my Craftsman tool box on the passenger floor board to fix anything on the road, and all this eeee-lec-tronic BS telling you what to do......."
